To secure your session, a non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking.
This ensures your date and time are reserved just for you. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within that window may be eligible for one complimentary reschedule. Last minute cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting your retainer and require a new one to rebook.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of respect for other bookings/time. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and will require rescheduling.
